EECE 359: Signals and Communications

 January to April, 2014

Instructor: Shahriar Mirabbasi

TA: Amir Hossein Masnadi Shirazi

TA: Jun (Vincent) Zhu

Lectures: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:00 to 9:30, Hugh Dempster Pavilion (DMP) 110

Tutorials: Fridays, 8:00 to 10:00, MCLD 202

This course provides an introduction to signals and systems, in both continuous and discrete time. In this course, we will learn continuous and discrete time signal analysis techniques (Fourier analysis of signals), convolution and correlation, filtering, sampling, multiplexing and modulation of signals. We will also cover an introduction to probability and its applications in communications.
