The main purpose of this course is to introduce you to the real-world issues of integrated circuit design, with a focus towards digital circuits (we will only touch on one or two analog blocks). The course is intended for 4th year or graduate students in electrical engineering. The pre-requisite is EECE 479, with EECE 480 as a recommendation. Students who have taken EECE 479 are encouraged to take this course to complement their knowledge in this area.

Lecture material that are presented as PowerPoint slides will be posted on the course Connect site. Significant amount of study material would be presented on blackboard. This cannot be uploaded on Connect. So attendance in class is highly recommended. If you have problems accessing course content on Connect site , please let the instructor know.
